The Republic of Angola has received financing from the African Development Bank (Bank) to the amount of 2.882.000,00 USD and intends to apply part of the agreed amount to eligible payments for Consultancy Services for Feasibility Study, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment Study, Preliminary and Detailed Engineering Design for Shikolondo-Nzagi-Dundo Road Project in Lunda Norte Province. The services included under this Consultancy Services; is to perform the necessary engineering, economic and environmental studies and identification of optimal, cost-effective and economically justified standards of the options for the required physical project for construction and upgrading of the road section Dundo – Nzagi – Shikolondo and the bridge over the Kasai river, by analyzing the technical and economic viability, assessing the environmental and social impacts and preparation of engineering and tender documents. The estimated time for execution and completion of the assignment is 12 months. The Angolan Roads Institute (INEA) now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc). Consultants may constitute joint-ventures to enhance their chances of qualification.
