Description: The Government of the Republic of Zambia (GRZ) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Africa CDC Regional Investment Financing Program and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Construction and in-built Republic of Zambia Equipping of the ZNPHI Laboratory Complex Including BSL-3 Containment in Chongwe District of Lusaka Province. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing. The ZNPHI now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Construction and Equipping of the ZNPHI Laboratory Complex Including BSL-3 Containment in Chongwe District, Zambia. Quantities:- (a) 1No. Two storey Laboratory Building, (b) 1 No. Administrative Building; (c) 1 No. Insectorium (ACL-2); (d) 1 No. Biomedical Equipment Maintenance Center and Warehouse; (e) Auxiliary services – water supply, energy, nitrogen storage facilities and related internal and external services and works. Construction Period 12 months.
