Construction of new student housing for the Mafikeng campus of the North West University in North West Province. Included in the scope of works will be the construction of 6 residence clusters. Each cluster consists of 5 or 6 new triple-storey student residence, 1 recreation hall, 1 warden house, 1 guardhouse and laundry room with and including associated infrastructure. The exact co-ordinates are currently not available however the approximate area of location is -25.8278213, 25.6079121
