Description: Construction of a five-star hotel as part of the Zanzibar Amber Golf Resort in Zanzibar, Tanzania. The resort is to be built in the north east of Zanzibar in Unguja.The mega resort will comprise 5, five-star hotels, an equestrian centre, a private jet airport that will have a 3 000m runway, an international school and modern medical facilities that will serve all the customers.
