The Government of Uganda (GOU) has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) toward the cost of the BTVET Support Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for construction of the New Skills Development Headquarters Building, on Plots M892 & M893 off Kigobe Road in Kyambogo-Kampala, particularly Lot 1 (Office Towers). Lot 2 (Packing Deck & External Works) and Lot 3 (Conference Block) are to be financed by GOU. The Ministry of Education and Sports now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for executing the required civil, structural, electrical and mechanical works, as summarized below: Lot 2: Parking Deck of 2,224 sqm (two levels) and External Works
