| Construction of the Zanzibar Domino mixed-use tower, 15km from Stone Town, on the west coast of Zanzibar, Tanzania. The entire project will be developed on an artificial island that will be linked to the main island by a high and low bridge structure. The tower itself will be a 70 floor commercial tower that houses 560 apartments, luxury hotels, resorts and a golf course. The entire project value is estimated to be US$1.3 billion dollars.
