If you’ve interacted with Leads 2 Business before you may have heard the Terms AE and AC mentioned. Let’s break down this terminology and what exactly it means in a day in the life of an Account Executive (AE) through the eyes of an Account Co-ordinator (AC):
An AE is responsible for fully understanding a client’s needs and determining whether a business can meet those needs. An AE needs to ensure that they deliver exceptional services to potential and current subscribers and represent Leads 2 Business with integrity. An AE is essentially the face of L2B.
An AC plays a very important part in the life of an AE. It is very important that an AC qualifies a potential subscriber to make sure they are viable and that all information is correct and accurate so that the AE can effectively and confidently execute a sale of a service which is beneficial to a subscriber. An AC is essentially the voice of L2B.
An AE travels a lot to many different locations so it is not only important that the AC assists in keeping the appointments in relative proximity on a particular day so as not to waste time or money but it is also very important to make sure the AE is going to a safe and accurate location on time.
Once the AE has met with the potential subscriber there is a lot of work to be done, firstly the AE needs to give the AC feedback on an appointment and ensure that they have a follow-up in place if the potential subscriber does not subscribe immediately. When the potential subscriber decides to subscribe the AE will then send them subscription forms to complete also indicating the package they have chosen. Once the forms have been received they are then sent to our registrations department for registration. The process doesn’t stop here though. Our AE’s will also schedule regular CRM visits or calls to offer training and support where required after all Our Business is about growing Yours.
An AE has a very important job of introducing and training new subscribers with our services while maintaining excellent relationships with existing subscribers. Both AE’s and AC’s always need to ensure that all administrative work is kept up to date.
An AE and an AC work together hand in hand and teamwork is the key to a supported and successful subscriber. The relationship between an AE and an AC is essentially symbiotic. If you’d like to chat to any of the team members here at L2B comment below or via the Contact Us option.
