Credit No. IDA-70070/ Grant No. IDA-D9350: The Government of Malawi has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Lilongwe Water and Sanitation Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Lilongwe City Sewerage Network Expansion – Priority 2. The Lilongwe Water Board now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Construction of Lilongwe City Sewerage Network Expansion = Priority 2. The works comprise 44.7 Km of new sewers and 2,600 household connections. The network expansions are located in the Lilongwe City Area 49-Sector 5 and 6, Area 47- Sector 1 and 5, and Area 15S. The works shall be completed within 18 months
