Description : Construction of Waters Edge, a high-rise residential development of 144 apartments at Century City, Cape Town in the Western Cape. Waters Edge is to be built on the banks of a canal at a cost of R350million, Waters Edge will comprise 41 one bedroom apartments, 71 two bedroom apartments and 32 three bedroom apartments including two penthouses. All apartments will have balconies. Units vary in size from 62m² to 205m², including balconies. The eight storey building is built on a plinth which elevates the height of the structure by two floors and allows for pedestrian movement and extensive landscaping of the ground level plaza.
