Description :  Construction of infrastructure and services for Africa’s tallest building – a 540 metre-high skyscraper in Morocco, North Africa. The 114-storey tower in Casablanca will be more than twice the height of the Carlton Centre in Johannesburg which as been the tallest building on the continent since its completion in 1973. The skyscraper is to be known as the Al-Noor Tower. It will occupy a 25 hectare plot in Morocco’s biggest city and is set to contain a seven star luxury hotel, offices, apartments, an art gallery and a luxury arcade of shops. Estimated project value : US$1 billion.
