The entire development will consist of a regional mall, a hotel, fitness centre, conference and wedding facilities. The regional themed shopping centre will boast in excess of 200 stores, including cinemas, state of the art ice-rink and international venue and a selection of top restaurants and coffee shops. The value of the mall is R700 million.

Maybe a Magic Company, Ten Pin, Mini Golf. Maybe a Barnyard Theatre for the grownups whilst the kids entertain themselves at the Ice Rink, Movies etc.
