Description : Construction of the Monte Circle Office Park with a “modernised Tuscan style” echoing Monte Casino’s signature theme on portion 109 of Witkoppen 194 IQ, located close to Fourways in Gauteng. The site is situated just off Monte Casino Boulevard, opposite the Monte Casino entertainment center. Construction would start on a three-storey office building.
