Elandskrans Resort and Nature Valley – Infrastructure
Description : Construction of services and infrastructure for Elandskrans Resort and Nature Valley (23 levels). Comprising at least 3000ha of nature reserve, a hotel offering: 250 hotel rooms (2 to 4 sleepers); 100 chalets (4 to 6 sleepers); casino; conference facilities and ball rooms. Recreational facilities comprising of the following: 18 hole golf course; cable car/gondola facility linking Elandskrans with Waterval Onder; sports facilities; tennis and heated pools. This will form part of the Emgwenya Urban Renewal Project, located in Emgwenya (Waterval Boven), Mpumalanga.
