Description :  Construction of the One FNB building at the corner of Zastron Street and 2nd Avenue in Bloemfontein, Free State. The new 7710m² headquarters will house all First National Bank and WesBank business units in Bloemfontein. The building will be equipped with contemporary design elements and ‘green’ eco-friendly features that maximise natural light. The One FNB building will form part of a development project valued at R500 million once completed. This component’s value is estimated at R 80 million.
