Construction of building one of two iconic identical buildings to be known as Gateway West located off Magwa Crescent, Waterfall City, Gauteng. This will consist of two office buildings that are mirror versions of eachother designed with progressive statements of modern architecture and is located adjacent to the Mall of Africa. Building one is estimated to be about R162 Million. All basement and ground floor entrances will be biometrically access controlled.
