The site for the project is on the N1/Accra-Tema Motorway/George W Bush Highway and is in close proximity with Kotoka International Airport. The 14 floor development will consist of 6 floors of parking space with 404 parking bays and 8 floors of approximately 11 047m² office space. Project value US$45 million.
